How to Create a 30-Day Content Plan in 20 Minutes Using AI
How to get a month’s worth of content plan in 20 minutes
And not go crazy from clichés
If you’ve ever asked ChatGPT or Claude to “write me posts for a month” and got a pathetic stream of corporate water like “in today’s dynamic world, successful success matters to everyone,” I’ve got bad news for you. The neural network isn’t stupid - you just asked it to work using a generic cookie-cutter template.

Here is a working stack of four prompts that turns a blank page into a solid content strategy in a couple of minutes:
Prompt #1: Finding the iron core (real pain point)
Set the foundation so the AI immediately grasps the context, your audience, and strips away all the fluff.
Prompt:
You are a content strategist, SMM manager, and content manager. Here are my goals (goal), target audience, pain points, restrictions, tone, and channels. Based on the answers, formulate 1 key problem in my niche that people are ready to discuss and share. Output:
- why it matters (2 - 3 sentences, without general words);
- 30-day content goals (what we measure: saves/replies/leads);
- an ICP table (who/what they want/what gets in the way/language/triggers/taboos).
Write as concretely as possible, without fluff.
Prompt #2: Blowing up the topic with angles and hooks
Take the discovered core and force the AI to look at it from unexpected angles (no boring advice - only provocation, myths, and counter-intuition).
Prompt:
Take the core problem and suggest 7 unexpected angles (counter-intuitive, “you’re doing it all wrong”, “myth vs. reality”, “the hidden cost of a habitual solution”). For each angle, give:
- 2 hooks (12 words) for Threads/Reels;
- one core thought (80 words);
- one trust-building figure/fact (source - briefly);
- a potential controversial thesis (to drive comments).
Make sure the angles don’t overlap.
Prompt #3: Unwinding branches and packaging into formats
Turn each angle into specific subtopics and break them down into three strict structures (educational, provocative, case study) with a clear call to action.
Prompt:
For each of the 7 angles, create 3 subtopics with a “wow, didn’t think of that” effect. For each subtopic, make 3 formats:
- Educational (structure: 2-line hook, 80-word insight, 3 “do it today” steps);
- Provocation (dispute hook, 3 pieces of evidence, a question at the end);
- Case study (context, action, numbers, conclusion). If you need data, ask for it. For each format, add adaptation for Threads/Reels/Shorts/X (length, visuals, CTA), and note the success metric (what to track).
Prompt #4: Assembling the final content calendar
The final operation: the AI lays everything out neatly, eliminates duplicates, and builds an ideal publication balance for 30 days.
Prompt:
Finally, compile everything into a 30-day content calendar:
- date;
- channel;
- topic;
- format;
- goal;
- distribution notes (reposts/clips/carousel).
Remove duplicates, balance the rotation of topics so as not to exhaust the audience.
Automating your content creation is a massive time-saver, but what do you actually do with all those extra hours? Instead of filling your schedule with more corporate fluff, why not channel that energy into real, authentic storytelling?
