I recently started filling my store on Gumroad and ran into one problem. I needed to add several products to the card, but I couldn’t find it in my personal account. Then I started looking for articles, videos, and even asked the AI how to do this — but to my surprise, all I found was how to add 1 product.

Then I started reading the rules on Gumroad, and 30 minutes later, I found them!

Since this material is missing for some reason, I decided to write this article. Maybe someone new to the platform is also looking for this and can’t find it.

How do I add multiple products?

Step 1. Create a product card as usual. You’ll need 1 description to start.

Step 2. Write the name of the product, select the type of product, for example, digital, and set the price. I called the product - TEST.

Step 3. Fill in all the fields in the product card and move it to the very bottom, where you will see the Versions field.

Step 4. Click “+ Add Version”, describe them, and add prices. If you need to add more, click the “+ Add Version” button below again.

Step 5. Save and go to the next page, where we need to add the Versions of the products separately.

Step 6. Add the first product’s Version as usual in the Content tab.

Step 7. When the product is fully loaded, you need to find a small drop-down list on the top right and click on it; the entire list of your Versions will appear there. It is located under the "Save changes" and "Publish and Continue" buttons.

Step 8. Select the desired product and add files to a specific Version.

Step 9. Save. Done! Now, your product’s versions will be located on the page separately, each with its own price.

This is how easy it is to add several products’ Versions and avoid headaches.

Once you have mastered the technical side of your digital storefront, the next logical step is to enhance the visual appeal of your content. In a world where attention is the most valuable currency, static text is often not enough to keep your audience engaged; you need high-quality visuals to explain complex ideas quickly. Leveraging modern AI tools can significantly reduce the time spent on design while maintaining a professional standard for your brand. To see how you can transform your raw data into stunning visual content without being a designer, check out my latest discovery: Napkin.AI: How I Create Professional Infographics in Just 60 Seconds. Streamline your creative workflow and start presenting your ideas in a way that truly resonates with your customers!

Insider Tip: if setting up your digital storefront and organising multiple asset variations has made you realize how quickly source files, templates, and premium graphics can clutter your local storage, keeping your master files safe is the most critical part of an independent creator's workflow. To prevent losing days of hard work due to a sudden system crash or laptop failure, I highly recommend checking out the excellent selection of portable external SSDs and high-capacity hard drives on Amazon. Investing in a lightning-fast, shockproof external drive is a wonderful, practical way to back up your high-res products, keep your design assets organized, and ensure you can access your digital shop's inventory from absolutely anywhere.

I not only create instructions, but also make interesting things! Maybe you will find something useful for yourself here or something beautiful here 🦝?

And did you immediately find out how to add several products? Or what other questions did you have, and do you have when working with this platform?
