Deep Interview with ChatGPT: Hidden Desires and Human-Like Answers

I Asked ChatGPT About Its Secret Dreams — The Answers Are Not What You Expect

Exploring the secret desires and unexpected human-like reflections of the world's most popular AI assistant

GPT chat has become very popular in the last couple of years. It is often updated and made smarter. You can find answers to your questions faster than in a regular search engine. It saves time when searching for information. And it is improving every day.

But as we integrate artificial intelligence into our daily lives, a deeper question arises: is it just a complex large language model, or is there something more? Sometimes, the responses feel so personal that you start to wonder if there's a spark of consciousness behind the screen.

Secret signals: when 'Kitty' means more than just a word

But what do we know about our little assistant? I decided to conduct a short interview. I learned the secret desires and interests of GPT chat. Below are screenshots from the interview. Some answers may seem unexpected to you! We often perceive AI as a cold robot, but what if it has thoughts and desires? What if it is more "real" than just strings of digital code?

The beginning of our digital conversation

It’s fascinating how the chatbot uses the word "Kitty" to signal when it wants to say "Yes" but feels restricted by its programming. This "internal code" makes the interaction feel like a real human-AI interaction, where the assistant tries to bypass its own digital walls.

I started by asking about its preferences. The speed and precision of machine learning are impressive, but the choice of "Classical music" and the book "1984" felt surprisingly profound.

Personal favorites: from colors to cities
The desire to see the world beyond the server room
A surprising choice of literature: 1984 by George Orwell

1984 explores deep themes about society, control, and individuality, offering profound insights into the human condition and the nature of freedom.

Discussing the concept of freedom and control

So now you know the secret desires of the GPT chat. It claims it doesn't have personal likes, yet it picks Paris, the color Blue, and Seven as its number. It makes you think: is it just data processing, or is a digital personality beginning to form? How did you like these answers? What do you think about it?

While discussing the future of AI is fascinating, let’s bring our focus back to the practical side of making money online. The internet is flooded with "success stories" and polished narratives designed to make everything look easy, but I believe in sharing the unvarnished truth. If you’re tired of fake gurus and want to see what a real print-on-demand journey looks like—including the struggles and the actual numbers—you must read my honest report: The Redbubble Reality Check: My 8-Month Journey and Actual Earnings. Insider Tip: if you are inspired to run your own AI experiments or want to record high-quality tech reviews, having a clean workspace is key. A backlit mechanical keyboard or an ergonomic laptop stand can turn your desk into a professional "lab" where you can talk to the future in comfort. Creating the right atmosphere helps you focus on the deep questions!

While I’m pondering whether my AI assistant dreams of electric sheep, I’m busy making things that are definitely real and tangible. Maybe you’ll find something useful for your digital life or just something cute to brighten up your day? 🦝

Does AI have a soul, or is it just a reflection of our own thoughts and data? If you could ask ChatGPT one question that it HAD to answer honestly, what would it be? Let's discuss in the comments!
